For my daughters birthday cake I wanted something geometric and simple. I removed the top tier for her "smash cake" and then served the rest to guests. The bottom and top tier were chocolate cake covered in fondant, and the middle layer was red velvet.
Could this be any cuter!? I just came across your blog and these cakes are awesome! You have so much talent :) Love them!
