Skiing
Done in chocolate cake covered in fondant. The trees and skier feet done in fondant and dusted with powdered sugar.

Sports
This was a monster! The biggest cake I have ever done. This was for a 1yr olds birthday. The theme was sports, so I just went with it. The entire thing was done in fondant and had fondant accents. the grass was buttercream. Love it!
